At The Jade Jewelers, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, handcrafted pieces.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
